LOTT Clean Water Alliance is a regional utility that provides wastewater services for the urban areas of Lacey, Olympia and Tumwater in Thurston County, WA. LOTT's mission is to protect public health and the environment by cleaning water and recovering resources for our community. LOTT treats an average of 13.8 mgd of wastewater and produces up to 3 mgd of Class A reclaimed water – high quality water safe for any use except drinking.
