Wysocki will share the story of growing Chelsea Farms. In 2016, Shina and Kyle Wysocki opened Chelsea Farms Oyster Bar. The oyster bar has quickly grown to be a landmark for farm-to-table eating in downtown Olympia. Chelsea Farms Oyster Bar stands as an ambassador to locals and visitors about shellfish farming, sustainable practices and a working waterfront.<\/p>\n<p>The event will also offer a virtual platform to meet businesses and organizations in Thurston County committed to environmental sustainability.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to honoring all of this year\u2019s businesses who received the Thurston Green Designation (<strong>the complete list is located below<\/strong>) the committee will also honor the following organizations for their outstanding sustainability efforts.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Small Business of the Year \u2013 Seattle Children\u2019s Bargain Boutique<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Medium Business of the Year \u2013 Skyline Construction NW<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Large Business of the Year \u2013 Saint Martin\u2019s University<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Municipality of the Year \u2013 City of Olympia<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There is no cost to attend.
