LOTT Clean Water Alliance is a regional utility which provides wastewater services for the urban areas of north Thurston County. LOTT's mission is to preserve and protect public health and the environment by cleaning and restoring water resources for our communities. LOTT treats an average of 12.8 mgd (million gallons per day) of wastewater and produces up to 3 mgd of Class A Reclaimed Water - high quality water safe for any use except drinking.
